Use the "Register" function by rightclicking on the icon in the system tray or by clicking in the menu.
Click on "Register" and fill your email address, your name and your serial key in. Your email address and name needs to match your order. After that click on "register" and you get the full version instantly.

 

If I purchased the software, can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, you can use the software on up to 3 different computers. For example: On your Desktop PC, on your Laptop and on your Business Computer.

How can I determine my IP address?
Use http://www.ip-adress.com. Its the one that is recommended.

 

Hide Your IP Address is not hiding my IP in FireFox, how can I fix this?
Go to the Option Menu in the Software. Make sure you enabled Firefox. After starting the proxy changer in the software you must close firefox and open it again.

 

Can I add manually proxies and use them?
Yes. Use the proxy checker. Put there proxies in. After that check the proxies. You can use your favorite proxy by doubleclicking it. But you have to use the correct proxy format which looks like IP:Port. Do not use blanks. Example for a proxy: 201.81.2.162:6588

 

How to uninstall the software?
Please close the software by rightclicking on the globe in the system tray and click on "CLOSE".
Now use the uninstaller "uninstall.exe". The program is in the same folder where the program is. If you did not change the default path the software is in c:/programs/Hide Your IPAddress.

 

I want to register, but it states: "This serial key is already in use"
This message appears if you already registered Hide Your IP Address 3 times and tried to register once more. We allow 3 installations. Please send us an email for help.
